I am notoriously #NotZen and am working on that deficiency. After three surgeries last September I had no choice to but to sit around and be “mindful.” I almost lost it.

I’ve tried yoga, meditation, Headspace, hypnosis (zzzzz), Feldenkrais, you name it. One of my providers has drilled a few sayings into my head:

“Practice self care.”

“Be kind to yourself.”

I am listening. I want to be 100% rehabilitated 14 years ago, trust me, but the reality is that this is going to take some time. I have found products and tactics helpful for my symptoms. I will share everything I can think of that me help “us” with wellness.
