11- Week 5k, 10k, and Half-Marathon Training Plans

Being sidelined for a few years obviously took me out physically but thinking about sports and the desire to be participating in them never wavered for a second. These covers impressed me by depicting the athletes in the midst of their sport; no cleavage, no seductive smile, just business.

About choking: I’ve never had an epic choke athletically, BUT I have had several mental chokes in interviews and auditions since leaving active duty. I don’t know what to attribute it to. Reading about the “prefrontal cortex”, in essence the tendency to over think things, was quite enlightening.

Enjoy!
